PLAN → BUILD → REVIEW

Many agents.
One shared direction.

AI agent orchestration connects individual AI tasks into a software workflow. Vraido keeps track of who owns the work, what it depends on and what needs to happen next.

AI for reasoning. Software for coordination. You set the direction.

Plan, build and review are different jobs.

The leader maintains the brief and acceptance criteria. Coding agents work on bounded pieces of the implementation. Reviewers compare a delivery with those requirements and the evidence from tests. One provider can fill several roles, or you can mix supported providers.

These roles create accountability. A reviewer’s finding returns to the relevant implementation, and an approved change stays attached to the version that was checked. A reassuring sentence in a chat is not a substitute for a recorded outcome.

Make dependencies explicit.

A task graph describes work and its dependencies. The booking page can be designed while the calendar rules are implemented, provided the two agree on the data they exchange. The final booking flow still depends on both pieces being integrated.

Vraido uses saved task state for coordination. Ready work can move to an available worker; a task waiting for a decision or an unfinished dependency needs a different response. Treating every queue as a shortage of coders creates more activity without necessarily creating more progress.

A handoff carries the work, not just a message.

A useful agent handoff includes the task, relevant instructions, working version, result and next owner. That is more precise than pasting “the other AI says it is done” into another conversation.

The blue house becomes yellow

You change the requested house colour from blue to yellow. The leader’s brief and acceptance criteria need the change before the coder implements it and the reviewer checks it. Otherwise, two agents can follow different instructions perfectly and still deliver the wrong result.

Software handles repeatable coordination.

The orchestration layer tracks queues, state transitions, review links and allowed actions in code. AI supplies reasoning for planning, implementation and judgment. Opening the project view or displaying a waiting reason does not need a new model conversation.

For experienced builders, this is a separation between the workflow control plane and model execution. It is central to Vraido’s approach to reducing repeated prompting and keeping the project state inspectable.

Judge the complete workflow.

Useful orchestration is measured from the request to an accepted, integrated result. Include preparation, context, review, corrections and merge work. More simultaneous agents and a shorter first response do not alone establish a better outcome.

The right comparison uses the same task, starting code and acceptance criteria. Vraido’s evaluation workflow is built around that distinction; we do not publish a universal speed or cost multiplier.
