More work moving.
Less work colliding.

Parallel AI coding helps when tasks can move independently. Vraido combines task boundaries, separate working copies and review ownership to keep that parallel work coherent.

AI for reasoning. Software for coordination. You set the direction.

Split by responsibility.

Consider a CRM with a customer list, an import process and an activity timeline. Agree on the customer identifier and shared data contract first. Then the interface, import validation and timeline can be separate work packages.

A split works best when each package has an owner, named boundaries and a testable result. Sending the entire CRM request to three agents and asking all of them to “help” makes ownership harder to understand.

Give changes their own working space.

Separate working copies and branches keep unfinished changes apart. Git worktrees are one way to work with multiple checkouts connected to a repository. The coordination still needs to decide which changes belong together and how to validate their combined result.

Vraido’s workflow supports isolated coding work rather than requiring every coder to edit one shared directory. Integration remains a deliberate step: separate folders do not prevent logical conflicts between two changes to the same behaviour.

Schedule ready work, not just more work.

An idle coder can be a better destination for queued work than a newly created agent. A growing review queue may call for review capacity rather than another implementation. Available provider capacity and the computer’s resources also constrain what can run.

This is backpressure: upstream work should account for what the next stage can accept. Automatic allocation can act within the project’s allowed configuration; suggestion and manual modes preserve more direct control.

Understand what an agent count measures.

A visible role, an active execution and a provider-native subagent are different things. A temporary helper needs a bounded task and a responsible owner. It also consumes resources and may add context or review work.

Do not read “24 agents” as “24 times faster”. The useful question is how many independent tasks reach an accepted result. Native provider delegation and Vraido-managed helpers have different visibility and control requirements.

A sensible parallel plan.

  • Agree first: the customer schema and shared permission rules.
  • Work in parallel: the list page, import validation and timeline.
  • Review selectively: data checks for import, accessibility for the page and access checks where customer records are exposed.
  • Integrate: test the complete customer journey on the combined version.

Serial work is still appropriate for tightly coupled migrations or small changes where coordination would take longer than implementation.
