Four providers in one project model.
Codex
Use a supported Codex connection for project leadership, coding or review.
Claude Code
Give Claude Code a defined role and keep its work attached to the shared project.
Gemini
Include Gemini through its supported connection and model capabilities.
DeepSeek
Connect with an API key and evaluate the selected model for the work it needs to perform.
Provider names identify integrations. They do not imply a partnership or endorsement. Available models, tools and connection methods depend on the provider and account.
Use Claude Code and Codex together.
A typical mixed workflow gives one agent the shared brief, another a bounded implementation and another the review. For example, Codex can lead a request while Claude Code handles a coding task and a supported Gemini model reviews the delivery.
The project requirements and handoffs make that combination coherent. You do not need to move every response manually between unrelated chat windows. The example describes role allocation, not a ranking that one provider is always best in that role.
Keep each connection’s billing clear.
Your provider accounts remain separate. Sign-in-based access and API-key access may have different entitlements and billing. A ChatGPT, Claude or Google subscription should not be assumed to include every API connection.
DeepSeek’s API path is particularly relevant when evaluating cost per accepted task. Compare complete outcomes, including retries and review, rather than assuming a lower token price guarantees the lowest project cost.
Connected is not the same as capable.
A model-list request proves something different from a successful coding task. Tool use, structured results, images, reasoning settings and session recovery can vary between connections.
Vraido’s connection checks and adapter capabilities provide a basis for the allowed role and configuration. A custom endpoint is a compatibility choice to verify, not a promise that any server can perform every workflow.
Multiple accounts are not unlimited capacity.
Using several providers can make otherwise unavailable capacity useful. It does not remove dependencies, local resource limits or each provider’s usage rules. Backup-account order applies within the configuration you allow.
Choose the combination for the project’s needs. Keep model overrides and payment routes visible, and evaluate representative tasks before treating a provider as the universal default.
