BUILD. CHECK. IMPROVE.

A second opinion.
A specific responsibility.

A useful reviewer checks the change against its requirements and evidence. Vraido connects general review and specialist perspectives to the work they are responsible for.

AI for reasoning. Software for coordination. You set the direction.

Review the brief and the actual change.

“Looks good” is not enough. A review needs the intended behaviour, the changed files, the relevant version and what was tested. Findings should describe the problem, its effect and how the coder can reproduce or verify it.

Vraido gives reviewers a distinct role in the workflow. Corrections stay connected to the delivery, and a new version can be checked again. The final outcome belongs to the work rather than whichever chat was opened most recently.

Six useful specialist perspectives.

  • Security: authentication, authorization, secrets and input handling.
  • Performance: resource use, repeated calls, background work and response time.
  • Accessibility: keyboard access, focus, labels and meaningful status.
  • Data and migrations: preservation, validation, interrupted imports and schema changes.
  • Design and usability: understandable flows, feedback and consistent interaction.
  • Functional depth: designated edge cases and interactions between features.

Specialists belong to a review group. Their focus is selected deliberately; adding a specialist does not make every subsequent change relevant to it.

Wake the relevant specialist.

A CSS change may need accessibility and usability attention. A database import may need data and performance checks. Activation rules can use changed paths, requirements and configured review modes to select the relevant focus.

This avoids using an AI merely to decide whether another AI should read every small delivery. Some reviews run on relevant changes, some on request and some whenever the project’s policy requires them.

Approval belongs to a version.

When the implementation changes after approval, the old review does not magically cover the new code. Checks need an identity tied to the reviewed inputs. Reusing evidence is valuable only when it remains applicable.

A reviewer catches a real requirement

A booking screen looks correct, but two visitors can reserve the same time. The finding should name the conflicting-booking scenario and point to evidence. The correction then returns through the same review path.

Combine judgment with tests.

AI review can identify issues that a narrow test misses. Automated tests can expose behaviour that a persuasive explanation overlooks. Use both, and inspect high-impact product decisions yourself.

A reviewer is not a security certification or a guarantee of zero defects. The useful outcome is a clearer, traceable record of what was checked and what remains uncertain.
