SOLUTION / WEBSITES & WEB APPS

Build the site.
Check the whole journey.

A website is more than its first screen. Give content, interface behaviour and review a shared brief, then inspect the experience your visitors will actually use.

Start with the visitor’s task.

A business site might need a service explanation, examples and a contact path. A booking application also needs availability rules and submission feedback. Describe the outcome before deciding how many coding agents to start.

Use a small initial scope: a visitor understands the offer, finds the relevant page and completes one useful action. That provides a concrete result to review.

Divide work where it can move independently.

Once shared layout and data contracts are clear, content structure, interface components and form behaviour may be separate tasks. A leader keeps the requirements aligned, while coders work within defined boundaries.

Keep shared decisions together: navigation, brand rules, mobile behaviour and what information a form collects. If each coder invents those independently, parallel work can create an inconsistent site.

Review function as well as appearance.

  • Navigation and primary actions work without a mouse.
  • The layout remains readable on a small screen.
  • Forms explain invalid inputs and failure states.
  • Images and scripts are appropriate for the page’s purpose.
  • Page titles, headings and crawlable links describe the content accurately.

Accessibility, usability, security and performance specialists each have a different focus. Use the ones relevant to the change.

Connect the preview to the delivered version.

A preview lets you inspect the page before publication. A screenshot records one moment and viewport. Functional tests check behaviour that the screenshot cannot show, such as what happens when a request fails.

Vraido connects project work with review and publishing context. Local previews and hosted previews are different environments; publishing needs the correct destination and project permissions.

An example first assignment.

A business website

“Create Home, Services and Contact pages. Use our existing brand. On mobile, every primary action must be visible and keyboard accessible. Use a contact email link first; do not add a database or paid service.”

This example keeps the first version useful and testable. Add booking, payment or account features when the project actually needs them.
